Well my first training session went great...I think...I haven't been able to move my upper body for the last 2 days! But I love it! I love being sore...you begin to thrive off of it and it makes your day to know you got a good workout.
My measurements were good. I had lost in all my numbers and I think my body fat went to 15.59% from 17.99%. I believe today I get a new diet, so thats exciting.
I don't know if I have said this or not, but I am a personal trainer and I currently have 4 clients and I just loooove them! They are all so eager to get in shape and feel better. We did measurments for them this week and they have all lost weight and inches as well. One of my clients has lost 9 pounds in 4 weeks and the other client has lost 16 pounds in 3 months. WOW, thats amazing and it is all worth it to see how happy they are with themselves!!!

I officially begin training with my team today and I am a little nervous! We will train three days a week for the next 12 weeks till my first show in July. Although I am nervous, I am excited about the challenge and the discipline of the diet.
So far the diet is rough and I know it will only get harder. My biggest challenge is sweets around 2:00 everyday. So I just had to replace that habit with lots of coffee..thanks Britt for the tip!
So, I will let you know how day 1 goes and how I measured....

Every day life at the Wades....

Kaley enjoying her cookie on the mule.

I asked Kaley to help mommy with the groceries and this is where I found her.

This is much more fun than my toys..

I can't explain this one...

Whats up with the hair????

This is Kaley taking a walk with daddy.
I'm still playing and just trying to figure out this blog thing! I am loving it! Yeah, I know, I am a late bloomer...
Well this is my first blog. I had to bribe a sweet sweet friend to come over and help me! Thanks Dez! I am excited to be able to share my journey. A friend of mine began training for a fitness competition a few months ago and has inspired me to join in with her. I am hoping to share my thoughts along the way as I prepare to do something TOTALLY out of my element! As scared and intimidated as I feel 90% of the time, I know through hard work, dedication and prayer, I can do it!!! I have been on a modified diet for 3 weeks and I officially begin training with my team next Tuesday.
